1. Formulation and implementation of the Bank’s strategy
2. Definition of marketing and sales strategies of Bank
3. Development of Banking Products and Services
4. Management and maintenance of existing customer relationships and development of new customer relationships
5. Development and management of Business Development risk management framework
6. Develop a customer management framework including customer insight-driven marketing
7. Development and implementation of efficient and effective customer service framework/ guidelines
8. To liaise with Asset Management and ensure a good deposit mix so as to achieve a maximum yield on funds.
9. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Country MD
